This is for small fleets, and we'll say so plainly
A good fit:3 to 15 vehicles · cars, vans and light commercials · based close enough to Glasgow G22 that dropping a vehicle off isn't a day out · an owner or manager who wants one number to call.
Not a fit:national multi-site contracts, HGV and PSV fleets, anything needing round-the-clock roadside cover. We're one workshop in Glasgow. We'd rather look after eight vans properly than forty badly.
What you get
- A fixed price per service, agreed before you sign anything. Tell us what you run and we'll give you a fixed figure per service by vehicle type — not an estimate, not an hourly rate, not “from”. You can put it in a budget and it won't move.
- Servicing planned around your working week. We'll book vehicles in on the days that cost you least — including Saturdays and Sundays, which is usually the answer.
- Priority slots. Fleet vehicles go in ahead of the queue. Your vans earn your living and ours don't.
- The same person every time — ask for Scott. Scott Gallagher looks after the fleet accounts here. One number, one person who knows your vehicles and what was done to them last time. No call centre, no ticket number, no being passed around.
- Records kept and retrievable. Full service history per vehicle, sent to you however you want it, and available whenever you need to produce it.
- Bodywork in-house. Kerbed vans, car-park dents and accident damage repaired in our own bodyshop rather than sent out.
On compliance
We keep complete, dated service and inspection records for every vehicle we look after, which is what you'll need to produce. We won't tell you we “guarantee DVSA compliance” — nobody can guarantee that, because it depends on how your vehicles are driven and inspected day to day. What we can do is make sure the maintenance side of your file is in order and retrievable.
