Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange work, viewings or a quote — to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract.
• To keep records of work done on your vehicle — our legitimate interests and our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Our enquiry forms are delivered by Formspree, this website is hosted by Vercel, and the website chat is answered by an AI assistant provided by Google (Gemini). If you choose to talk to a person, the chat opens WhatsApp, which is run by WhatsApp LLC under its own privacy policy. Both act on our instructions and may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your information. If you make an insurance claim through us, we share what is needed with your insurer.
